Bolton preview

Defeats for West Ham and Wigan have boosted the morale of the Addickted, even though Sheffield United won. A Championship fan said to me yesterday that he thought it would be a 'three W's' relegation this season. However, Charlton would need to win 9-0 at Bolton tonight to get out of the bottom three.

We have won once and drawn twice at the Reebok in the Premiership, but the last two outings there have resulted in 4-1 defeats. We have never done the double over Bolton in the Premiership.

Bolton are without El Hajd Diouf who is suspended. Bougherra has got a calf problem and won't be made his Charlton debut and Reid is still troubled by a hamstring problem. Zi Zi is travelling with the squad and could appear on the bench. Hasselbaink has turned down a move to the Spanish league to try and help Charlton in their relegation battle: let's hope he can prove his worth tonight. If Kevin Lisbie makes an appearance it will be his 150th in ten years with the club.

We are going for a 2-1 Bolton victory with Marcus Bent scoring his 100th career goal. Erith Addick Paul May is making the long trek north and will be reporting on the game.
